A house in Stony Brook that police said was the site of a methamphetamine lab fire in 2012 is now up for sale, according to listings on two separate real estate websites. 

The house, 188 Sycamore Circle, is listed as a six-bedroom, four-bathroom farm ranch and is priced at $449,000 on both Zillow.com and MLSLI.com. It features wood flooring throughout the house and a new dining room window. It comes with a tax bill of approximately $12,425 and sits on just over a third of an acre at the corner of Sycamore Circle and Sycamore Drive.

Police have identified the bicyclist struck by a hit-and-run driver as Bradford Packer, 51, of Port Jefferson Station. Packer was riding his bicycle north on Route 112 when a driver traveling west on Route 347 hit him and fled the scene. Police described the vehicle as a light-colored Hyundai sedan that would have significant front-end damage. Anyone with information on this accident is asked to call the SCPD's Vehicular Crime Unit at 631-852-6555 or anonymously call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
