When/Where: 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday at 10 Ryerson Ave in Manorville.

Why Go: This event is a benefit for the John Theissen Children's Foundation. Activities for the public include numerous grilling and BBQ demonstrations, live music, authentic BBQ vendors and a car show.

When/Where: 6 p.m. Saturday at Carmody's, 42 Broadway in Rocky Point.

Why Go: Come enjoy great live music outside from 6-9 p.m. with the Two Man Acoustical Jam's first performance at Carmody's in Rocky Point.

When/Where: Saturday, 9 a.m. at Gold Medal Gymnastics.

Why Go: Gold Medal Gymnastics opens its doors to any gymnast who wishes to workout on any routines they choose.  Members are free; $8 charge for non-members. All children are supervised.

When/Where: 5 p.m. Saturday at the Aliano Shopping Center, 691 Route 25a, Miller Place.

Why Go: Show off or check out All American classic cars, street rods and customs while enjoying outdoor dining, music, bathrooms, food, Italian Ices and more.
