Home and careers students take care of preschoolers in class.

Seventh grade Home and Careers students at North Country Road Middle School Seventh celebrated the end of their Child Care unit by inviting toddlers and preschoolers into class.

The unit focused on the business of babysitting, child safety and the importance of playtime, as well as appropriate toys for children at different stages of development. Students were able to apply what they learned through authentic interaction and observation of children ranging from five months to five years of age.
