On Dec. 1, hundreds gathered at the corner of Prince St. and Broadway as the Rocky Point Christmas Tree was lit.
Councilwoman Jane Bonner and Assemblyman Dan Losquadro were in attendance.
“It is truly an honor to help bring in the holidays in Rocky Point,” Bonner said. “Seeing everyone together truly reminds me of what the holidays are really all about.”
“This event is something I look forward to every year because it provides the opportunity to celebrate the holidays as a community,” Losquadro added. “I would like to thank all those who volunteer their time towards making this a special night in Rocky Point and wish everyone a very safe and Happy Holidays.”
