You've been ELF'd!?

Yes, it really happened, I was ELF'd! By whom?  Well, that I don't know. That's the fun part, trying to guess who it would be. Whomever it was, thanks...what a nice surpise it was! It's such fun, I can't wait to pay it forward.

OK, OK I will let you in on the secret. To be ElF'd is to Christmas as being BOO'd is to Halloween. It's a fun tradition of ring and run, however, you are leaving them a treat bag. It's totally up to you what treats you would like to share. You leave the sign on the bag that says "you've been Elf'd" and the poem and directions to do it to two (or more) people.

I will share what I received; some snacks, hot chocolate mixes and candy canes (thank God it wasn't candy!).

So just think about how you can brighten up someone's day. Perhaps you are busy at work and can't find the time....how about ELFing someone's mailbox at work?  Or...ooh ooh ooh...send a bouquet of flowers to someone and attach the poem, or maybe at the drive through at McDonald's you could hand over the poem and some money and pay for the person behind you? It's such fun to brighten the day of someone else.
