Does anyone else see a pattern here every single week? You are LITERALLY taking your life into your hands every time you leave the house with these drug addicts & drunks out on the road. It's like playing the lottery - only our odds are much higher on getting killed. These people need to seriously get some help already!

The problem is that these people are not prosecuted, and are back on the road the next day. Therein lies the problem!
