Crime Report: Assault in Mt. Sinai

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.  It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in the area during Sept. 22-24:  

Michael Evans, 45, of Ridge was arrested Sept. 24 in Mt. Sinai and charged with third degree assault. Reports indicate Evans was arrested for an alleged assault that took place on Overlook Dr., Mt. Sinai.   

Peter Bonghi, 42, of Rocky Point was arrested Sept. 23 in Patchogue and charged with second degree criminal contempt, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reports indicate Bonghi was arrested on Waverly Ave., Patchogue.     

Wilson Rodriguez, 27, of Selden was arrested Sept. 22 in Mt. Sinai and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Rodriguez was arrested for the alleged operation of a 1996 Ford while intoxicated. Reports indicate he was traveling on 25A, Mt. Sinai at approximately 12:53 a.m. 

Victor DeMarco, 58, of Mt. Sinai was arrested Sept. 22 in Mt. Sinai and charged with second degree criminal contempt. No other details can be provided.
