Crime Report: Multiple DWI's

DWI Arrests round out this week's report.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Miller Place, Sound Beach, and Rocky Point during June 29-July 5:

Linda Ahearn, 50, of Rocky Point was arrested July 5 in Rocky Point and charged with second degree criminal contempt and second degree criminal impersonation. Reports state Ahearn allegedly violated an order of protection and provided officers with false identification.

Angelo Torresfigueroa, 34, of Selden was arrested July 3 in Rocky Point and charged with first offense DWI. Reports state Torresfigueroa allegedly operated a vehicle while intoxicated. He was traveling on Whiskey Rd., and Rocky Point Rd. at approximately 2:18 a.m., according to reports.

Evan Grotz, 22, of Miller Place was arrested July 3 in Rocky Point and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Grotz was allegedly operating a 100 Ford F150 pick-up while intoxicated. Reports indicate he was traveling on Maple Rd. in Rocky Point at approximately 8:55 a.m.

David Treadwell, 21, of Ridge was arrested June 30 in Rocky Point and charged with first offense DWI.  Reports indicate Treadwell was allegedly operating a 2002 Audi while intoxicated.  Reports state he was traveling on Route 25A in Miller Place at approximately 2:10 a.m.
