Crimes Nearby: Aquebogue Man Charged in Fatal Crash Arraigned

The following information has been released by local police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.

Three Village
• Carlos Rivera, 38, of Middle Island, was arrested April 9 in Setauket and charged with second-degree burglary, a felony. Police said Rivera stole tools from a home on Tudor Drive in Setauket at 4:30 a.m.
• The owner of a car parked in a parking lot on Detmer Road in Setauket reported April 9 that someone broke into the vehicle, a 2001 Jeep, and stole a computer, a debit card and glasses between 4:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.• A resident of a private road in Setauket reported April 5 that the front passenger side window of a 2010 Toyota Camry was damaged between sometime between midnight and 10 a.m.

Port Jefferson
• Timmothy Lilienkamp, 26, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested April 7 in Selden and charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor. He was arrested in connection with a March 19 incident in which he allegedly pulled a bat out and threatened someone with it.
• A resident of Bleeker Street in Port Jefferson reported April 8 that someone stole a gift card, cash, credit and debit cards, and personal papers from an unlocked car parked in the driveway of the home. According to a police report, the incident took place between 5 p.m. on April 7 and 8:30 a.m. on April 8.
• A resident of Watersedge Way in Port Jefferson reported April 7 that someone had smashed a passenger side window and caused other damage to a 2011 Audi, that was parked in the driveway of the home. According to a police report, the incident took place sometime between 11 p.m. on April 6 and 9 a.m. on April 7. Nothing was stolen from the car.
• Another resident of Watersedge Way in Port Jefferson reported April 7 that someone had shattered a passenger side window on a 2005 Ford, which was parked in the street in front of the home. According to a police report, the incident took place sometime between 6 p.m. on April 6 and 9 a.m. on April 7. Nothing was stolen from the car.

Riverhead
• Robert Beodeker, the man whose car struck and killed two pedestrians on the Meadowbrook Parkway on March 4, was arraigned Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead. According to the Nassau County District Attorney's office, Beodeker, 50, of Aquebogue, was arraigned before Judge Tammy Robbins on a grand jury indictment charging him with aggravated vehicular homicide and other felonies.
• Mark Goode, 40, of Mastic, was charged on April 13 with criminal contempt in the first degree, a felony, after police said they responded to a call regarding harassment in Riverside. Police further charged Goode with harassment in the second degree, a violation.
