North Brookhaven Chamber Office Vandalized

The North Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce office, the railroad car at the intersection of Routes 112 and 347 in Terryville, has been vandalized, according to a report in the The Village Beacon Record.

The report states that the car was broken into on April 2. Furniture was reportedly turned over, file cabinets and their contents were thrown around and cigarettes were burned into the new carpet.

It is believed that whoever broke into the car knew the code to enter as there was no sign of a forced entry. The chamber is reportedly asking for someone to come forward as they would not press charges but instead ask for service.

Contact the chamber with information by calling 821-1313 or sending an email to northbrookhavenchamber@gmail.com.  Click here to read the entire report on The Village Beacon Record.
