Police: Medford Man Burglarized Miller Place Home

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction
-Police said a Rocky Point woman participated in breaking in to a home to steal jewelry and then sold it.
Police said Gail Pfleiderer, 39, broke into a home on Rosewood Road on Sept. 22 at 11 a.m. Police charged Pfleiderer with second-degree burglary, a felony.

- A Medford man broke into a home on Eastwood Road in Miller Place and stole several items including a mountain bike Razor scooters, according to police.
Police said Jeremy Flynn, 27, was in possession of a Diamondback bicycle, a Schwinn scooter, a razor scooter and a Komatsu backpack blower that were not his. Police charged Flynn with fourth degree possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor and second-degree felony burglary. According to police, the incident happened on Sept. 24 at noon.

-A Miller Place woman was arrested on Sept. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Police said Patricia Fotiou, 25, was driving a 1998 Altima when she rear ended another car at a traffic light on the corner of Rt. 25A and Chestnut Ave. in Mt. Sinai. Fotiou was charged with felony driving while intoxicated reportedly due to a previous drunk driving conviction in the past 10 years.
