Sound Beach Man Arrested on Burglary Charge
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
-Police said a Sound Beach man was arrested after breaking into a Mt. Sinai home by cutting out the rear window screen.
According to police, Nicholas Vivo, 25, was arrested on Aug. 28 and charged with felony second-degree burglary. At the time of the arrest, police said Vivo had marijuana on him and they also charged him with unlawful possession of marijuana, which is a violation.
-A Mount Sinai man faces several charges, including a felony for driving while on drugs, according to Suffolk County police.

Steve Muller, 54, was arrested in the Cedar Beach parking lot on Sept. 1 on a charge of driving while ability impaired. Police said Muller, who was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer, also failed to follow police orders by refusing to get out of the car or put his hands behind his back.
Muller reportedly had a prior conviction in the past 10 years, making the charge a felony. He was also charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration in the second-degree, both misdemeanors.
