Ray Negron Wins Court Appeal

Negron back on Republican Primary ballot for 2nd Council District.

A unanimous New York State Supreme Court ruling has placed Mt. Sinai resident Ray Negron (R, Mt. Sinai) back on the Sept. 13 Republican Primary Ballot for Brookhaven Town Council.

Negron, a former prosecutor the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, petitioned to run a GOP Primary against 2nd District incumbent Brookhaven Councilwoman Jane Bonner in September.

The petition included one-thousand plus signatures to the county’s Board of Elections, but was by the Supreme Court because they were “not obtained in conformity with Election Law Section 6-132 and are invalid,” the court said.

After the ruling, Negron proceeded with a . A statement issued by Negron’s office said, “The Appelate Court ruled that the GOP offered no evidence to support their claims of fraud, and that Judge Weber had no basis for his decision.”

THIS is good news. BONNER IS BEATABLE and VULNERABLE ! Wouldn't it be funny if Bonner LOST the primary ? She NEEDS a wake-up call !

They all need a wake up call. They all seem to forget who put them in office and who they work for. US, that's who.

Her desperate court actions against Mr. Negron, with the Brookhaven Republican Party and the Conservative Party show that Bonner KNOWS this is going to be a close one. Her last election run against John Leonard, a largely unknown Town Hall/ Lesko factotum was close...1154 votes. You can see how she wanted to run unopposed, EVEN IN THE PRIMARY !

THIS is how the Scam works...kind of....Private land is sold to the Town and allegedly laid aside as socalled "Preservation Land" areas. For example, Jane Bonner votes "FOR" allegedly "saving the land" from "wicked" commercialization. After a decent interval of time, the "preservation" properties are broken down, AGAIN BY STAGED, TOWN BOARD VOTES, and "re-zoned" into parcels of commercial properties, for pre-determined business entities, formed for the land transaction. Cementing the business arrangement with Local Pols, these "new" property companies make, legal "campaign contributions"..EVEN TO THOSE who were allegedly "against" the commercialization. These property businesses go through the zoning process, and ANOTHER staged Town Board "vote", to further "cleanse" the transaction, that result in MORE "kick backs", disguised as "campaign contributions", when the re-zoning is approved. It's WIN WIN for the Local Pols. They keep their public image as "Environmentalists", and as part of the scheme, EVERYONE gets their "campaign contributions" or a "kick back". The Town Board, in effect, becomes those "EVERYONES"' PERSONAL ATM MACHINE...all "legal". See the SANDY HILLS fiasco of how The Process becomes TOO PUBLIC. The Vassilaros properties deal is a perfect example of a work in progress..and see WHO is the photo op...YES, THE USUAL LOCAL SUSPECTS ! http://northshoresun.timesreview.com/2010/12/3798/county-town-announce-purchase-of-vassilaros-property/

HERE is another example of how the scam is done...Bonner handed in her ROUTE 25A CORRIDOR STUDY, but she didn't hand it in ? ! ??? OH, YOU SEE, NOW according to Bonner, her study conclusions (?) didn't jibe with this proposed "medical park"...SO NOW BONNER SAYS THE STUDY ISN'T..."FINALIZED"...IN HER OWN WORDS ? WELL NOW, I guess she can "re-write it" and RE-FINALIZE IT so the proposal for commercial land use here, can be acceptable to her socalled "Study" ? IN FACT the ROUTE 25A CORRIDOR STUDY is a short list properties that are in line with The Town Land $CAM...DE LEA SOD FARM IS NUMERO UNO ! The Walgreen Project was one of those GIMME'S for election year, THAT WAS TOTALLY OUT OF LINE with Bonner's "study"...so they "jammed it in" for election year "chump change" alleged "campaign contributions". BUT THEN, the Corridor Study is NOT "FINALIZED" so, all of those objections in the study that were in the form of two (2) statements, that the intersection of Miller Place Road and Route 25A were "dangerous" are going to have to be DELETED WHEN BONNER "FINALIZES" THE CORRIDOR STUDY ! SILLY, but this is BIGGGGGGGG $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ we are talking about the sale of this GING PROPERTY ! BUT EVERYONE HAS UNTIL THIS DECEMBER, TO get their SCAMS IN to Bonner and the Town Board...isn't that SPECIAL ? http://northshoresun.timesreview.com/2011/08/16849/medical-office-park-coming-to-miller-place-this-spring/

Mr. Wilson, I am amazed at how often you are wrong about nearly everything.
Mark Wilson September 18, 2011 at 07:01 PM
What "pam"'s purpose being here is to DISCREDIT ANYONE who posts here that her employer's deem not acceptable to them, and cause confusion, and disruption of the discussion. Actually it was RAY NEGRON who explained what people like "pam" do here and other local online forums... "RayNegron 2 months ago in reply to BeamMeUp_Scotty FYI: BeamMeUp_Scotty works for the Town of Brookhaven in an appointed position with nearly zero responsibility (1 daily task: read Newsway and local newspaper articles and blog negative words about people who jeopardize GOP control). The position will likely disappear within a few months of my election once I bring it (and many others) up for discussion at work-session." http://northshoresun.timesrevi... SO when you read her posts, remember there are Local Pols in this community that DO NOT LIKE FREE SPEECH ! It's hard to believe that grown people do this for a living, but they do. AND I'm sure you are NOT surprised that someone employed by the Town WOULD BE ON THE PUBLIC PAYROLL to do stuff like this !
pam September 19, 2011 at 05:37 PM
Sorry to disappoint Mr. Wilson, but I don't work for the Town or anyone connected with the Town. Free speech when used correctly allows people to give their opinions. It does not protect you when you make false statements about others. In my opinion, from your posts you are a seriously misguided and misinformed person. I won't waste my time reading your posts and you won't have to waste your time responding to them.
