Stretch it out from head to toe

Stretching out prior to playing sports.

All athletes should be stretching out prior to exercise.  Start with neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, trunk rotations, groin stretch, hamstring stretch, quadricep stretch, roll back on the heels and up on the toes.  Feel the stretch and take your time.  Take at least 5 minutes.  Children should get into the habit of warming up prior to athletics.  This can drastically reduce sport injuries.
