The members of the Miller Place High School Class of 2013 received their diplomas and took the next step in their journeys Friday.
After listening to speeches from salutatorian Megan Joline, who will be attending Cornell University, valedictorian Minjia Chang, set to attend Duke University, principal Kevin Slavin and more, the students were called to the stage one by one to collect their diplomas.
Once everyone had their diploma in hand, they turned their tassels as graduates, tossed their caps in the air and were off.
