PHOTO: Rocky Point All-State and All-County Musicians
Seven musicians from Rocky Point earn honors.
Six members of the Rocky Point High School chorus and one band memeber were selected to perform at the New York State Council of Administrators of Music Education (NYSCAME) All-County Conference in November at Huntington High School.
Mark Infranco is the lone band member, while Zachary Krase, Katelyn Leyva, Symone Mitchell, Zachary Riley, Megan Viglione and Daniel Wood represent the chorus.
In addition to All-County, Viglione was named a NYSSMA All-State musician and will represent the District at the 2011 NYSSMA All-State Conference Rochester this December.
