Spring officially kicked in to full gear on Monday for many as Major League Baseball had it's Opening Day with the New York Yankees and New York Mets both opening the season at home.
The weather was perfect for much of the day and many celebrated by taking their family to the games. Gino D'Ambrosio, of Rocky Point, headed to Citi Field to see the Mets open their season and shared the picture above.
