- - If you know a woman currently undergoing chemo therapy, spread the word about Cleaning For A Reason, a non-profit that works with local cleaning services (including Teresa's Family Cleaning in Rocky Point) to provide free house cleaning once a month for women undergoing cancer treatment.
- Miller Place Civic Association - Founded in 1972, the Civic Association works with members of the community for the beautification, promotion and enhancement of Miller Place, with a history of charitable events through various organizations.
