Photo of the Day: Community Walks Against Bullying
Walk helps to bring anti-bullying programs to Mt. Sinai schools.
The New York Families Against Bullying Walkathon was held May 19 at Heritage Park in Mt. Sinai, which raised funds to help bring guest speakers and anti-bullying programs to the Mt. Sinai School District.
Suffolk County Legis. Sarah Anker attended the event.
"Having experienced bullying first-hand as a child, I will do everything I can to support important awareness programs to give our kids the tools they need to stop bullying," Anker said.
